How pricing works

You build your inventory online — rooms, furniture, appliances, boxes — then tell us the floor, whether there is a lift, and the parking situation at each end. Those are the things that actually decide how long a move takes in London, so they decide the price rather than being used as surcharges afterwards.

You then get a single quoted total covering the vehicle, the crew and the journey. If anything changes before the day, tell us and we requote rather than adjusting on the doorstep.

Vehicles for moves

• Luton box van with a 500kg tail lift — full house and office moves. The lift does the heavy work on washing machines, sofas, desks and filing cabinets.
• Long wheelbase high-roof van (Ford Transit or VW Crafter or similar) — around four metres of load length, right for a one or two bedroom flat or a student move in a single trip.
• Medium wheelbase van (Peugeot Boxer L2 H2 or similar) — the practical choice for narrow London residential streets, controlled parking zones and mews access.
• Man and van — one vehicle plus a driver and a mover, for single items, small flats and part-loads.

• Central — Westminster, City of London, Camden, Islington. ULEZ and Congestion Charge compliant vehicles, loading bays booked where needed.

Office and business relocation

Office moves are planned around your downtime rather than ours — evenings and weekends where a weekday move would cost you trading hours. We handle desks, chairs, screens, server racks, filing and storage, and we can stage the move floor by floor so a department is never fully offline.

Goods in transit and public liability cover apply to the move. Ask for the certificate if your building management needs it before granting access.

Student and single-item moves

Student moves peak from June to September and are usually one room, a few boxes and a bike — a man and van or a long wheelbase van is normally enough, and sharing a date with another move on the same route keeps the price down. Single large items such as a sofa, a wardrobe or a fridge can be booked as a standalone job.

Do you help with loading and unloading?

Yes. Every move includes a crew who load, transport and unload. Luton box vans have a 500kg tail lift so heavy items are not lifted by hand.

Do you cover student moves?

Yes. Student moves across London are one of our busiest jobs between June and September, usually a man and van or a long wheelbase van for a single room.

How far in advance should I book?

A week's notice is comfortable for most London moves. End of month, bank holidays and the summer student period fill up first, so book earlier for those dates.

Are your vehicles ULEZ compliant?

Yes. Every vehicle we send into London meets ULEZ requirements and can operate inside the Congestion Charge zone.
